My name is Vinsin. I am an athlete, bodybuilder, and fitness instructor. I have been training myself and also my clients for more than three years. I train and help my clients to achieve their goals. Training and teaching about knowledge is my style and it’s always one of my great passion.
Alex
From a young age, I have had a love and passion for nutrition and health. I’m a Holistic Health Practitioner and CPTN Certified Personal Trainer. I played professional basketball in Europe for 5 years and played Division 1 NCAA basketball in the U.S. I have a passion for healthy living and helping others become healthier and the best version of themselves.

I am a dedicated personal trainer with a passion for fitness, backed by my in-depth study of kinesiology and experience in competitive women’s soccer. I am committed to helping clients from all backgrounds and abilities achieve their goals by tailoring individualized training programs that maximize their potential, enhance overall well-being, and foster a sustainable and enjoyable fitness journey. Whether you’re an athlete or a fitness enthusiast, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
Areas of Expertise: As a dedicated kinesiology student and athlete, I have acquired extensive knowledge in all aspects of fitness and training. However, my expertise shines particularly in the realms of strength training and endurance. With a deep understanding of biomechanics and physiological adaptations, I possess the skills necessary to design comprehensive workout programs that optimize strength gains and enhance endurance performance.
Karina
Moving my body has always come naturally to me, and it is my favourite thing to do! I love helping people feel confident about themselves and their bodies through movement. My goal is always to make a person feel comfortable with where they are at, so that they gain the desire to keep going to achieve their goals.
Personal training expertise: I am an inclusive Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor that regularly works online and in person. I believe that everyone can move if given the right encouragement and opportunity. I frequently work with non for profit organizations and schools that support individuals who are neurodiverse. Therefore, I am adept at offering adaptations that suit a variety of individuals. My expertise is in functional training- exercises that serve people in all activities of daily living. I teach Low Impact Resistance Training, HIIT, and Dance Cardio.

Hi, my name is Michael I am a graduate of York University with a Specialized Honors Kinesiology degree. I have a Certified Personal Trainer from WITS and from the Health and Fitness Federation of Canada. I am currently training for my half marathon and dragon boat competitions in the upcoming months. As a trainer, I believe health is wealth, and that the prioritization of training is vital for your body and your mental health. As your trainer, I strive to help you reach your fitness goals, from body recomposition to strength training, and running!
